Shipping policy

1. Order Processing All products in our store are print-on-demand and fulfilled by Printful. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.
2. Shipping Times Once fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada (Domestic): 3–5 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Note: These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via carriers selected by Printful, which may include Canada Post, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and others depending on your location.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
5. International Shipping & Customs We ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
6. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the carrier's website.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at garbal2005@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with Printful to resolve the issue with a reprint or refund.
8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipments.
